Shipping & Returns

Shipping 

Orders are packed and shipped  Tuesday - Friday only. Most orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. 


Returns & Exchanges

We will accept returns and exchanges on damaged merchandise only. Merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in with original tags attached. If your tags seems to be tampered with or removed, you will be denied a return/refund. 

All return or exchange request should be made within 7 days from delivery. Please notify us by emailing support@superiorforeverr.com to initiate your return or exchange request. After 7 days, your items are not eligible for return/refund.  

If applicable, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received  your returned item. In the same email we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

At this time prepaid return labels are not available, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping Costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount.

For returns over $75, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.

Payments

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Please note that any order without proper shipping and mailing information will need verification before it is eligible for shipping. Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.
